Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from AgntApp, the platform operated by Scaleport AI Oy (Y-tunnus 3408578-6),Oulu, Finland. It applies to data we hold, including data received through WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
Quick request: email support@agntapp.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on your account (or include the WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram name or number you used). We will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.
1. If you have an AgntApp account
You can have your account and associated data deleted in two ways:
- In the app — sign in at app.agntapp.com, open your account settings and choose to delete your account, if that option is available to you.
- By email — send a request to support@agntapp.com from your account email address.
Deleting your account removes your profile, your agents and their configuration, uploaded knowledge-base files and stored conversations, subject to the limited exceptions in Section 4.
2. If you messaged a business’s agent
If you contacted a business through an agent built on AgntApp (for example over WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), that business is the controller of your conversation data and we process it on their behalf. You can:
- ask that business directly to delete your data; or
- email us at support@agntapp.com with the channel and the name, phone number or handle you used, and we will delete the data we hold and, where appropriate, forward your request to the relevant business.
3. What to include in your request
- the email address associated with your account; and/or
- the messaging channel (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) and the name, phone number or handle you used, so we can locate your data.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose or delete data for the wrong person.
4. Timeline and what we retain
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period until those backups are rotated and overwritten on their normal cycle.
We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to (for example accounting records) or where we have an overriding legal basis (for example to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse). We will only keep what is necessary and for no longer than required.
